Founded in 2014 by Katie and Mark Hale following their return from an international assignment, Spec Services began as a small local cleaning business. Through their shared vision and leadership, the company has grown into a multifaceted service provider, offering commercial, industrial and construction cleaning solutions across both the public and private sectors.
